By creating an account or using Fumble Fate, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Fumble Fate. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You may not share your account with others.

4. Acceptable Use

Fumble Fate is a platform for sharing genuine missed connection experiences. You agree not to:

  • Post false, misleading, or fabricated sightings
  • Harass, stalk, or threaten other users
  • Post content that is sexually explicit, hateful, or illegal
  • Use the platform to spam or solicit other users
  • Attempt to identify users without their consent
  • Use automated tools to scrape or abuse the platform

5. Content

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant Fumble Fate a license to display and distribute that content on the platform. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Premium and VIP subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

7. Disclaimers

Fumble Fate is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that you will find the person you are looking for. We are not responsible for interactions that occur between users outside of the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fumble Fate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
